林迪（維多利亞?嘉蒂絲 Victoria Justice 飾）是一名非常聰明的黑客，滿懷正義感的她創立了一個博客，專門用來打擊黑惡勢力，揭發違法犯罪行為。雖然林迪的事業非常的成功，但是她的感情生活是一片空白，在室友的勸說之下，林迪決定在網絡上征友。林迪的征友訊息一經發布便引來愛慕者紛紛向她拋來橄欖枝，其中一名男子吸引了林迪的注意。
林迪正在追查一名連環殺人犯，多種跡象表明，這個網絡追求者正是林迪一直在苦苦尋找其蹤跡的罪犯。為了將他追捕歸案，林迪找到了一群和她一樣的網絡黑客，用他們自己的方式打擊罪惡，弘揚正義。
