一夥偷獵的歹徒在公海對鯊魚展開了肆意獵殺，激怒了大白鯊，偷獵歹徒葬身鯊口。轉而大白鯊又盯上了遊艇上慶祝畢業五個好友，於是五人與大白鯊展開了激烈的搏鬥，生死之間，隻有逃離鯊口回到岸上的意念能夠繼續支撐著他們...
