四處為非作歹的大喪結識了名為劉樹標（陳國邦 飾）的男子，讓大喪再也沒有想到的是，這個其貌不揚的男人身上，竟然背負了十三條人命。劉樹標專挑妓女下手，並且會對她們的屍體進行許許多多變態而又血腥的研究，再將這些經曆如同炫耀一般的娓娓道來。 某日，劉樹標邂逅了名為買玉梅（楊玉梅 飾）的女子，買玉梅是一名雜技演員，個性單純而又善良，有著一股子未經人事的純真。她孤身一人千裏昭昭來到廣州，隻為了尋找自己的愛人。買玉梅在潛移默化之下改變了劉樹標殘暴的個性，然而，在被愛人無情的拋棄後，走頭無路的買玉梅自暴自棄的淪為妓女，此時，她和劉樹標再度相遇了
