《力爭上遊·旱鴨子季》劇情簡介
10位想學遊泳的“旱鴨子”演藝界新生代，來到一個“家徒四壁”的旱鴨子訓練營，在國家級專業運動員的帶領下，在專業的遊泳池中開啟為期13天的遊泳學習之旅。他們需要通過不斷的學習進步和自我挑戰，經曆三大任務階段，在一次次的專業考核中獲得生活獎勵，在習得遊泳技能的同時，一點點豐富和改善生活條件，在實現遊泳技能突破的同時體會到“白手起家”的成就感。最終完成一場跟演藝界遊泳“高手”的同場競技，用來檢驗學習成果，享受一次屬於競技運動的獨特魅力。
