《機械戰警》劇情簡介
2028年，專事軍火開發的機器人公司Omni Corp.生產了大量裝備精良的機械戰警，他們被投入到維和和懲治犯罪等行動中，取得顯著的效果。罪犯橫行的底特律市，嫉惡如仇、正義感十足的警察亞曆克斯·墨菲（喬爾·金納曼 Joel Kinnaman 飾）遭到仇家暗算，身體受到毀滅性破壞。借助於Omni公司天才博士丹尼特·諾頓（加裏·奧德曼 Gary Oldman 飾）最前沿的技術，墨菲以機械戰警的形態複活。數輪嚴格的測試表明，墨菲足以承擔起維護社會治安的重任，他的口碑在民眾中直線飆升，而墨菲的妻子克拉拉（艾比·考尼什 Abbie Cornish 飾）和兒子大衛卻再難從他身上感覺親人的溫暖。
