萬聖節前一個神誌不清的老人對醫生說"他們將會殺死奶茶视频污下载"，隨後便被殘忍謀殺。老人的女兒請求醫生幫助自己追查父親死因。兩人追尋線索到一家專做恐怖頭套的玩具工廠。工廠所在的鎮上又有數人被殘忍殺害。離萬聖節越來越近，這家工廠的陰謀也逐漸暴露出來.....
