《脂粉市場》劇情簡介
李翠芬（胡蝶飾）的姐夫被搶劫者所害，一家人頓時斷掉生活來源。在鄰居楊小姐的介紹下，翠芬進入培德百貨公司包紮部謀職。她的清純美麗很快便引起上司林監督（王獻齋飾）的注意，林利用職權將翠芬調入脂粉櫃台，並對其糾纏不休。另一方麵，翠芬的到來奪去脂粉櫃台女營業員姚雪芳（嚴月嫻飾）“脂粉皇後”的頭銜，遂引起雪芳嫉恨。在一次爭吵中，雪芳的情人——百貨公司花花公子張有濟（孫敏飾）為翠芬的美麗所傾倒，自此調轉槍頭，向翠芬展開攻勢。\r無恥的上司、放蕩的女同事以及輕薄的花花公子，這一切都讓翠芬倍感疲憊和憤慨。在舊社會裏，似乎女人隻能成為男人的附庸，通過賣笑來博去上位……
