《29片棕櫚葉》劇情簡介
丹尼是個冷漠的美國攝影師，而克麗絲來自東歐，這個脆弱的女人經常會突然陷入情緒低落，表現出古怪行為。他們兩人完全無法進行語言交流，丹尼隻會說英語，克麗絲隻能說法語。性是他們唯一的交流手段。他們為相互之間所激發的強烈性欲而難分難舍，特別是克麗絲，總是極端饑渴，幾乎瘋狂地追求性愛。或許隻有用性才能使他們每天都幾近崩潰的關係得到愈合，他們總是為雞毛蒜皮的小事發生爭吵，而在這時候他們就會為語言不通而備受折磨。為了創作，丹尼帶著克麗絲從洛杉磯前往29片棕櫚葉小鎮和約舒亞國家森林公園，開著車一路尋找最合適的創作地點。他們在車上過了四天四夜，在荒蕪的龐大沙漠中失去了方向，通過不斷的做愛、吵架、親吻、閑聊等生活瑣碎來消磨時間，直到某件恐怖、病態的意外結束了這一切。
